I Belong To Pogo And Pc Keeps Telling Me My Java Is Up To Date Yet I Cant Play

Your question is pretty generic without much information other than you are not being able to play the games on Pogo.com. ie: any any error number/message that may have appeared, screen times out or other relevant information which would enable us to provide the most likely resolution, when available. However, the following information should help with your issue.

If, you have not done so already, you can go here to view the options avialable with troubleshooting a pogo game that will not open.

The steps provided at the webpage above should be done in the order received until the correct one resolves your gameplay issue, if one is avaiable.

If, after completing the steps, you are still unable to play the games on Pogo, and as you are a Subscribed Club Pogo Member, you have the option to chat with a  Support Rep on The Electronic Arts (EA) help website (Pogo is part of the EA Games company):

Here are the steps:

• Go to the EA Contact Us page here
• Choose 'Pogo' as your product (if it's not already listed), and scroll down to the bottom of the page to click on Contact Us
• Select 'Pogo' as you platform
• Select 'Account Management' as your topic and describe your issue. Something like, "Help me, I can't play any games" or "I can't access my account, please help!"
• Hit next and you will be asked to log in. If you can't access your account, then click the I Can't Access My Account link under the Login button instead.
• In the new window, enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, and then click 'Next'. You will now be connected to a support rep.

And finally, as a Club Pogo Member myself this last tip, which you may want to try first, is from my own personal experience while playing on Pogo.com over the past 10 years. However, please keep in mind, this does not guarantee a solution:

• Once you are in a game room and choose the game or table you would like to play on, click on it as you normally would to open.
• Then immediately press and continue to hold down the ctrl key until the game/table opens for you, then release the ctrl key to begin playing.

Note: The ctrl key should remain pressed until either the game opens up, or a message advises differently.
