Refund Policy

My Brother purchased a one nights stay for my wife and I at the Dallas Omni Hotel for Thursday 2/28/2013. Can he get a refund? We cant stay but we don’t want him to lose the money paid???

According to the Terms and Conditions of Priceline, you cannot claim a refund for your hotel reservation. Here's the exact statement provided:

" Priceline Value Rate hotel room reservations are non-cancelable, non-transferable and non-changeable and no refunds are allowed.

Cancel policies for all other room types vary based on hotel policy and can be reviewed when you select your room type as well as in the “Important Information" section on the website.If you are going to be delayed or find that you cannot check in to your hotel on the date you requested, you should contact the hotel to let them know. Failure to check in to your hotel on the date of your reservation may result in the remaining portion of your reservation being cancelled."
