- Check the power source: Ensure that the robot vacuum is properly connected to a power outlet or charging dock. Make sure the power source is functioning correctly by plugging in another device or appliance.
- Charging dock connection: If your robot vacuum uses a charging dock, verify that the vacuum is properly docked and the charging pins are aligned correctly. Clean any dust or debris on the charging contacts.
- Battery level: If the robot vacuum has a low battery, it may not power up. Place it on the charging dock for an extended period to allow it to charge fully. Refer to the user manual for the recommended charging time.
- Reset the robot vacuum: Try resetting the robot vacuum to see if it resolves the issue. Look for a reset button on the device or refer to the user manual for specific instructions on how to reset your model.
- Check for obstructions: Inspect the robot vacuum for any blockages or tangled debris that might be preventing it from functioning correctly. Clear any obstructions, such as hair or debris, from the brush roll or wheels.
