You seem to be confusing us, an independent help site, with Pyle--but I can give you the information you need. Dissatisfied consumers in general have recourse in 2 ways: first, to return the product to the retailer for refund or replacement; second, for repair or replacement under the warranty. Assuming you bought your product directly from Pyle, it's too late now for the first course. (If you bought it from another company, you'll have to check with that company, but chances are it's too late there also.) However, you're still within the warranty period.
