We Were Disappointed In Our Premium Economy Seats On Qantas
Our flight was Jan. 30, 2018 from LAX to Sydney, Australia - Flight # 0012 & ended up getting on a smaller plane, because there was some problem with the first plane. I have been trying to contact Customer Service since we got home late on Feb. 18th. All I get is "there will be a long wait". I have called at all times of the day & night to no avail. We are concerned about the high price we had to pay for these uncomfortable seats & would like to hear from someone!Thank you,James & Yvonne Smith

If you can't get through to Qantas's customer service, try corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/qantas/Corporate%20Office. Before taking further steps, you should convey your concern to Qantas, even if only in writing. To escalate to the U.S. Dept. of Transportation, see https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/file-consumer-complaint.
