I Was At Your Siena Heights Location On May 19th Can That Be Verified
I came into your office at 11am on May 19th for a controlled substance urine test. Dr. Ahns nurse, Kenneth called me and was rather argumenative stating I had the test completed in Valencia CA. NOT at your location. Can you please confirm I had the test completed at the Siena Heights location? My Name is Natalie Bryant
