How Do I Stop My Quicken Services?

I'm being charged 3 bucks every month for Quicken services that I'm not even using. I've been charged for a whole year and in recent months I had a computer crash and now don't even have Quicken on my computer. Who do I talk with to stop this transaction and get compensation for past charges?
