How Do I Stop Quicken From Sending Repeating Payments After I Deleted Them?

Quicken continues to show these old/outdated payments in the update screen. The worst thing is that my mortgage payment was sent 2x for 4 months. There was never any entry in the register so was overdrawn. HELP!!
