Incorrect Quotes

I have just updated my investment potfolio including a download from my brokerage account (2 different bokerage firms involved in separate portolios) and observed at least 2 incorrect quotes, one for Comcast (CMCSK) and the other IBM, both dramaticly lower tha Friday's closing prices After several attempts of updating, the errors continue. Please explain how I can avoid such frustrations and time consuming experiences in the fuiture. Thank You
