Version 2013

I just purchased Quicken 2013--anyway I thought I did. I put in the CD I got in the mail. At first it said "Welcome to Quicken 2013". However, it reinstalled Quicken 2012. Also, there is no instruction about the App for my Ipad. That's the main reason I bought the new 2013 Quicken. What's the deal -- is this just false advertising? I want Quicken 2013 that I paid for and I want to have the App for my Ipad. I have been using Quicken for 20 years and I don't appreciate this misrepresention. Please correct these mistakes immediately.
