An Error Has Occured While Installing Quicken 2008. After Cleaning Hard Drive

Needed to clean hard drive and reinstalled quicken 2008 on C drive (dell). Uninstalled quicken to move to D drive and now won't install. When trying to install "an error has occured while installing quicken 2008" message comes up and none of on-line help works.
