I Would Like To Talk To A Person About Reconciling My Bank Account.

I have been able to balance my account for many years and for the past few months I can't get it to work. I go back and put in the correct month, starting and ending amounts and when I go to finish, all kinds of figures appear and I don't know how to clear those figures so I can check out each month properly.
