Vault Access Problem

I have been unable to access my Quicken vault after 2 unsuccessful attempts and concerned I will be locked out if I try again, which, I absolutely do not want to do, as I have over 12 accounts listed therein and don't want to have to go thru the exercise to do so. I know the basic digets involved but can't remember the total number of them. Quicken sent an email, but for some reason, it wouldn't download.
