Can You Help Me To Stop Harassing Phone Calls From Unknown (to Me) Caller?

My quest number is 503 654 0024. For the past hour or so I have received many, many, many calls from someone shown on caller ID as Dan Nelson, 503 236 7213, in Portland oregon. I do not know this person so do no pick up. He calls again and again, will not leave message on my machine. Seems like a crazy person so I do not want to speak to him directly. Can you help me?

Keep tabs on all of the information about each call. The time and date of each call, the duration, save any voice messages he leaves, and if he continues, you might try calling your local police department and ask about filing a report. Most states have laws against such repetitious calling. Also, just in case, you may want to make sure your listed on the national and state do not call lists. If you use a land line you can call your local phone company about it and usually they will put a stop to it. If your phone service has any call blocking features, I suggest using them or trying to get them put on. If all else fails, change your number and secure it against such people and/or machines.
