Rci Packages Program
I recently purchased (on 9-15-17) an RCI package program through RCI Points Partners. I was told that I would receive a copy of the agreement and information about the program in the mail, no later than 9-19-17. I was given 10 days to change my mind about the purchase. The program information did not arrive on the 19th, and has not arrived at all. It is now 9-23-17. The office is closed until Monday. Luckily I contacted a representative on Thursday, 9-21-17 and he extended the 10 day grace period until the 29th. Had I not persisted, I would not have had the time to review adequately all of the materials. At this date, I have STILL NOT had the time as the information has not been sent to me and I cannot have any questions answered until Monday. Despite many times asking three reps to call me back, I have not once received a call back as requested. One representative said he would call back within an hour and he did not. Another said he would re email me the info and said the email had been sent. He said he would check and call me back. He did not call back and the email was not sent, as I checked the email repeatedly for the past three days, including my spam and junk folders. I want to know why this program is so terrible at communication, and at being available to assist with questions or correct email problems in a timely manner? I also want to know if the program is truly worth the cost and aggravation? I also need to know what I must do to cancel if I choose to do so?I plan to cancel the program purchase Monday if I do not have a response from one of the people I have contacted or attempted to contact, either Steven or any other representative who knows how to be a good customer service employee.

It seems you have proceeded correctly, and I can only suggest of couple of additional actions. (Note that we're an independent help site not connected with RCI.) First, complain to corporate: use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/rci/Corporate%20Office. Second, complain to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs at 973-504-6200. Good luck!
