Complaint!

I need to know who is running the Radisson Hotel on Meacham Blvd in Fort-Worth. No-one seems to know what is going on in that Hotel, the manager has a do not disturb on his phone and its been said, the assistant manager is never available to get information, other workers can't help and don't know eachothers schedule. Over the years we have seen this Hotel getting worse and worse it may not be around for too long more its just a matter of time........I guess the question of the day is, who is in charge and does follow ups on the workers/Hotels?
