Breakfast Issue
Dear Sir or Madam,I had a wonderful stay in Radisson Blue in Kaliningrad, however, om the 28th, December (Monday) morning we had to pay extra for our sparkling wine option, which had been announced as complementary before. I would like to clarify this moment and get my money back. The hotel management explained that it was misunderstanding between them and booking.com service. If I had known that before, I wouldn't have had my breakfast in the hotel. Thank you in advance.
