My name is Sylvie. I work for Reader’s Digest in Customer Care and I just came across your post.

A check of our records shows that we received your order for our “Select Editions” series on December 12, 2011. The first volume was sent at that time. A second volume was shipped on December 29, 2012. It is for this book that you received a bill.

However, the book was returned on February 29, 2012 and the bill and the series have been cancelled. You may therefore disregard any pre-addressed invoice you may have received since.
