I work in a senior citizen building. Residents who responded received a free book, then each month an additional one with an invoice. It has been very hard communicating with customer service as well as returning these books and maintaining credit. Yes, you get the first book free but turning off the tap is difficult especially for a senior. The stress is not worth the first free book. No free lunches folks.

No free lunches folks. At our senior citizen building we find the residents who respond do in deed receive a free book. They then receive an additional book with an invoice. Health impaired seniors are finding it difficult to kep up with the mailings, paying or asking for credit or declining. One resident receiving a statement, returned this book two or three weeks ago, and has waited for resolution.

Not worth the hassle, it is a marketing gimick, stay away. Seniors are to be treasured not victimized.
