Contact your bank or credit card company immediately if someone has fraudulently used your credit card. Your financial institution has a process to investigate and dispute the charges.
Rhapsody's support team can assist by canceling the account and blocking the credit card to stop further charges while your bank investigates. Contact us by tapping "Submit a request" at the bottom of any help article from your phone or from a Mac or PC by clicking the "Ask Us" tab on the right.
Unauthorized use of a credit card violates the law (18 USC 1029) and may be prosecuted. The US Secret Service investigates these cases, as does your applicable state attorney general's office or county prosecutor.
Rhapsody does not release credit card or similar transactional information of any purchaser; however, we will cooperate with any agency that produces a valid subpoena for the information.
Please respond to my effort to provide you with the best possible solution by using the "Acceptable Solution" and/or the "Helpful" buttons when the answer has proven to be helpful. Please feel free to submit further info for your question, if a solution was not provided. I appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
