To add a printer to your PC, you'll need to install the print driver. If you have the disc that came with the printer, pop it into your computer, go into the Control Panel, select Add Printer, and follow the prompts, then browse to the disc when asked for the print driver files.
If you don't have the disc, you can still use the Add Printer Wizard in the Control Panel, but you'll need to download the driver first. Go to Ricoh-USA.com and search for the driver you want for your printer. (It will depend on what operating system you have.) Download the driver and then unzip it, then run the Add Printer Wizard.
