Hi, to add a scan destination, press the User Tools/Counter button, then select System Settings > Administrator Tools > Address Book Management > New Program. Select a display name for this user, assign it a number on the quick dial pad, then go to Email and add their email address. Save the new entry, and now when you want to scan, just go to the Scanner screen and push the number you assigned to that email address, then press Start.
