How Can I Program A Out Going Frequently Used Fax Number Into Richo Aficio 7001

Hi, to program a fax number:
- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select New Program
- Under the first tab (Name), enter a name to be displayed for this number
- Select the Fax tab
- Enter the fax number to be stored
- Select OK to save the new entry
- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
