Giving An Error Message Of Offline

Some computers when printing to ricoh is giving an offline error message. I can ping it on some with reply but the computers that are trying to print to the ricoh is not replying to the ping. How can this be addressed. About fifteen computers out of 72 is having this problem. Please assist ASAP

Hello, if only 15 out of 72 computers are having a problem communicating with the printer, then the problem is likely either with those computers or with the network connections between them and the printer. If those 15 computers are all on the same segment of the network, check your network devices (switches, routers, etc.) to see if they may be malfunctioning or blocking communication for some reason. Also check the driver settings on those computers... make sure that the IP address in the Ports tab matches the correct IP address for the printer.
