Hi, there are many things that could cause a tray problem:
- Paper overfilled past the fill mark
- Paper loaded incorrectly
- Paper guides not positioned correctly
- Paper detect sensor broken or knocked out of place
- Old or worn paper feed roller or separation pad
- Broken paper fence
- Broken paper tray latch
