Hi, if you can't copy, there could be many things causing the problem:
- The machine could be out of toner. Add toner and let the machine load the toner, then you can copy.
- There could be a paper jam. Remove the jam, then try to copy.
- The machine could be out of paper. Add paper to at least one of the paper trays.
- The machine could be frozen. Turn it off and back on.
- The machine could be out of toner. Add toner and let the machine load the toner, then you can copy.
