Hi, if you are only getting a mark when printing onto those papers, check your user manual to be sure you are using paper types and weights that are within the specifications of the machine. If you are, try adjusting the paper type so that the copier can compensate for the special paper. You can adjust the paper type in User Tools > System Settings > Paper Tray Settings, and then choose the option for whichever paper tray you are putting this paper in. If you are printing onto this paper rather than copying, you'll also need to change the paper type in your print driver settings.
