Ricoh C5000 3 Hole Punch How To

Hi, if your machine has the 3-hole punch option, you should be able to select it right from the Copy screen. In the lower right area of the screen you should see the hole punch options (3-hole punch and possible 2-hole punch as well) to the right of the staple and sort options. If you do not see the punch options, then either someone disabled the icons, or your machine does not have punch capability.
