The other answer links to a manual for a color copier, not for this fax machine. Changing the PCU on the 3320L is very simple, and instructions are printed on the top of the box.

When you open the front cover, the PCU sits to the right of the toner bottle. To remove the PCU, open the front cover and the right door, and slide the toner bottle tray out. There may be a small wire leading from the PCU to a connector under the toner tray; if there is, disconnect the connector. Once you've done that, the old PCU can slide straight out.

Sometimes toner builds up under the PCU, and when that happens, it can spill out as you remove the PCU. To avoid any toner spilling, place a rag or paper towel underneath the PCU as you slide it out.
