How Do I Reach General Manager With Complaint Against This Company?
I have overpaid my bill, called customer service and was assured thay will refund me the ovrpayment. Half a year later I have not received anything from them, exept a letter that I owe them!! This it not true, Rogers owes me!!! Since talking to the customer service and their promise to cvredit my overpayment did not realize, I wish to complain to the general manager of Rogers company. What is his phone number or how else I can contact him regarding this matter?
