I Have Problems Installing The Programs .i Call Rosetta Stone 1800 Number For 30

I will like if someone can help me to call roseta stone and help me to install the programs or if these programs don't work I will liket to returd it all or get my money back from roseta stone because these cd don't work Thank you!!!
