Would Like To Know Why I Haven't Received My Phone To Replace The One That Stop
Ordered a new phone to replace the one that don't work. Have not received it, it has been over a month. What is the problem?

did you get an e-mail from safelink with a comfirmation? if so, there should be a link to fed-x tracking you can click on. otherwise go to safelinkwireless.com and call the support number, they should have the order number, then you can find fed-x tracking website and put in the number and see what the estimated arrival time is. my replacement took about two weeks.
