My Safelink Phone Has Not Recieved The 250 Free Minutes And When I Go Into
"prepaid" there is no longer a place that says "add airtime" so i cannot try the thing where u put in the "555" code to recieve my mins. is there neway to get my mins another way, possibly from the internet?

Yes, go to their link here: https://www.safelinkwireless.com/Safelink/check_status and click the link that says to Get Pending Minutes which also says to view instructions on how to get pending minutes you haven't received yet. If that doesn't work, check out their technical support: https://www.safelinkwireless.com/Safelink/service_support
