Second menu - press #6. As soon as you hear a man's voice recording, begin pressing the # button four times. At the end of the fourth time, you will hear him say he is transferring you to a representative. Have your phone with you during the call. Safelink makes it nearly impossible to contact them. This worked for me more than once, and actually just used it this morning and still works. Good luck.
