I Tried The Retrieval Or Airtime Minutes Steps But It Didn't Work.

If you already went to your add airtime and entered the 555 with still no minutes, you can try to contact a live person. Safelink makes it very difficult to actually reach a live person, but I have found a method that has worked more than once. Dial 1-800-378-1684 Tech Support. Press #1 for english. On the first menu, you will want to press #4 for tech support. On the second menu, you will want to press #6. As soon as you hear a man's voice recording, begin pressing the # button four times. At the end of the fourth time, you will hear him saying he is transferring you to a representative. Have your phone with you and good luck.
