Most likely it's a stuck relay. UNPLUG IT FIRST! If you open the back of the dryer operator panel, you will see a white control box with cooling fins mounted to the top left side of the dryer cabinet. With the power unplugged you can carefully removed the tabbed cover. There is a relay on the left with Brown and Black wires connected to the top of it. Gently tap on the side of the relay a couple of times with the handle of a screwdriver to free up the stuck contact.
If this is the problem, you will eventually need to replace the relay.
