Picture Goes To Snow Or Stripes And Sound Goes To Static. Then Starts Cycling Of

Samsung 50 plasma. Turns on Looks good. Suddenly picture turns to snow or stipes and sound turns to loud static. After a few seconds it starts cycling on and off. If I leave it unplugged for 12-24 hours, it might play fine for awhile. I have replaced the main video board, buffer board and main logic board. Did not fix the problem.

I would think it's a power supply problem, but with out seeing the picture when it's acting up, I only giving you an educated guess
