Freezer Won't Reach Set Temp.

I have a Samsung rb2055sl. The refrigerator temperature is fine. Reads on display at set temperature set. Checked by placing thermometer in it. But the freezer temp stays in the 20's. I have it set to 8 degrees. I changed both the defrost Thermistor and the temp sensor. All the fans are running. I cleaned up the coil in the back of the refrigerator opposite the compressor. I checked to see if it will freeze by placing bottle of water in it and it did freeze. The display shows the correct temp which was also checked with a indoor outdoor thermometer. Any other suggestions. Thank
