How To Get Around The Lock Feature
When I make a call the phone locks -- and when I need to dial a digit during a call like "to talk to a service rep dial 1" unlocking the phone requires pressing the power button and this disconnects my call. How do I pull up a dial keypad without my phone disconnecting? Thank you.

It will only get fixed if Samsung hear about it from enough people. Have to call their techs and escalate it up their system so it gets attention.
edited to add: this problem is inconsistent. happens sometimes, doesn't other time. I can see no pattern, rhyme or reason for when it happens.

1.On your samsung phone, there is a button to the left of the button that looks like a home.
2. When you do this a gray menu will appear at the bottom, click on settings.
3. In the settings menu, there is an option for accesibiltity, click on this (*** Note a prompt will appear, "No Accesibility Related Applications Found..etc") Click on Cancel.
4. After you have clicked cancel you should see a power button option, if this is checked, uncheck it and it solves your problem, hit the home button to exit and try iy out.
