My Samsung At&t Phone Modle Sgh A137 Not Charging Just Blinks At&t When I Try To

When I try to push any key I have a blank screen then just AT&T pops up and goes away

If you are sure the charger is working' turn off the phone, remove the battery for 10 seconds, insert the charger without the battery for another 10 seconds, insert the battery while connected to charger and wait for it to charge for at least 5 minuts. if this does not solve this problem either the charging port is dead, you an old battery that can nolonger hold power or the ac charger is dead.

The phone needs servicing, it could be the charging port is bad. But you need to take for serving to determine the main issue.
