Samsung Sph-l300 Shuts On And Off By Itself, Now Wont Go On.

My phone is 2 maybe 3 months old, yesterday it started turning on and off, for no reason, by itself. Then it would just shut off. As soon as I would turn it back on, it would flash off again. Now it will not turn on, nothing. Have plugged it in for power, does not even show a light. There is nothing. What has happened to this phone? How can I fix it?
