Unlock Levers (lost) On Sanyo Fxcd-1100

I am trying to remove a Sanyo FXCD-1100 from a wrecked vehicle before disposing of vehicle. Vehicle can not easily be moved. Two local stereo shops no longer have such levers. I am interested in specs or drawing to make some. Dimensions of the notch- how deep?; distance from end?; is arc opposite notch critical?   Thanks- Ed Reno NV
