Showed Half A Blue Screen At The Bottom With Compressed Image On Upper Half.

Tested projector out 3 times before showing a DVD, when turned it on the 4th time, it projected a blue image at the bottom half and the full image of the DVD on the top half but compressed. After turning it off and on again we found the same issue. However a few hours later we tested the projector again and everything was fine. We checked the settings and nothing had changed between tests. Wondering what the problem could be and how to avoid it in the future. Thanks!
