Tv Won't Turn On 50' Less Than 2 Years Old!

Our Sanyo is less than 2 yrs old 50" LCD HD. Will not turn on. Before this happened it would freeze on the picture and blast a very high pitched sound. We hardly use this TV as my husband and I both work over 12 hrs a day. Have no idea where to call for repair. I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau as I read reviews on this brand of TV they are not good.
