Have Not Received My Order

I ordered a KitchenAid mixer on 12/16/10 and it came off my bank account the purchase was made online, because I could not find the item in the Sears store. The comfirmation number is 197059231. I have a tracking number, but when I called UPS the mixer was never picked up by them so the tracking number does me no good. The tracking number is 1zv615f40301635166. I have called and called but get the run around. Please send me my white,600 KitchenAid mixer, I know there are some in a Sears warehouse somwhere that can be shipped.
