Recall Compensation
I have a dehumidifier that I paid $200 for that I use regularly. How can Sears recall this and offer $100? It is not my fault they are recalling the appliance. I thought they would have to either refund what I paid or repair for free. Auto companies don't make you surrender your car when a recall is issued - they fix the problem. What are my options?
