How Can I Contact Someone About A Refund On A Sears Extended Warranty?

We purchased extended warranties on a Craftsman chain saw and a Weedwacker in 2008. We were told at the time of purchase that if we did not use the warranty we could apply for a total refund. We followed the directions written on the warranty to request a refund in writing. The amount of the check returned to us was miniscule when we expected a full refund. There is no information on how to contact a person to discuss the amount of the refund. We can't find an number to call online. We need an explanation of how these amounts were determined.
