Is There A Way To Get Sears To Replace An Item Under The Extended Warranty?

I purchased a Kitchenaid Dishwasher from the Sears Outlet for more than 75% less than retail. It was an out of the box item. Since the cost was so low, I purchased the extended warranty, still making the cost well below the original cost. Being and outlet item, I usually purchase EW for the piece of mind, and it has always been a good option for me. The dishwasher was installed and the drain pump sporadically wouldn't drain the water, When the rinse cycle ran, all that happened is the dirty water was sprayed again all over the dishes. We had a serviceman out and he said it was working fine, a few weeks later, it happened again. Another serviceman fiddled with it and said it was fixed. It keeps happening. So I called, again, and set up for another repair. This time the top spinner arm was not working, so the repair center help also sent out a replacement arm. A new serviceman arrived to repair the DW and spinner arm. He said Sears didn't send the right part, but he looked at something, then said we didn't need it, he fixed the problem. Guess what, he didn't. He also found a drywall screw inside the pump housing, creating the issue with the drain. He removed the screw, said there was no damage, put it together and left. The dishwasher was working pretty good. We ran it and left for vacation, didn't look in the DW, but it was done before we left. When we came home, it wasn't drained, again, and the house reeked terribly. There is dirty water sitting in the bottom of it, covered with scum and slime. All my plastic tupperware smells and I can't get rid of the odor. How can I get them to replace the DW, and a new extended warranty, since they couldn't fix it during the past warranty period (there is still about 6-8 months left)
