Warranty Work On My Chain Saw. I You Son't Do It Do I Get My Saw Back?

I  returned my chain saw to the sears store where I bought it. It was still under warranty and they sent it to the repair center. I have heard nothing since. I went to the store where I bought it and they said there is nothing they can do. They said they can't find out anything about it. What can I do?

It appears Kerv misounderstood your question; sorry. If as you say that Sears took your saw to send it for repair, but lost it, communicating with the manufacturer would of course not help you.

I suggest you make contact with the company's executive offices, providing whatever paperwork you have along with all specifics. Here's the contact information:
