How Do I Get Sears To Take Back This Bad Lawn Tractor And Get A 100% Refund?

Picked up lawn tractor 54" Craftmen with 26hp kohler on August 3, 2011. I paid over $2000 for it. First day it blew out back smoke and smelled like it was burning. Wouldn't start after running for about an hour. Metal plate cover for raise & lower deck popped out and now it's scratching the body of the mower. Deck wheels are tearing up my lawn. Hour meter has to be broken. I only ran it for less than 2 hours and meter reads 18 hours. Either the meter is broken or I got a used tractor. I asked for a refund but because it started when I brought to store, I can only get refund minus 15% restocking fee. I don't want this mower and would like a 100% refund.
